Katie is 19 today and it's supposed to be a happy day, but I can't fake that it is. I can't be there.. it seems that way for anything important, I'm just never there. I'm trying to change that and come hell or high water, I'll never miss another.
I had to call her like 6 or 7 times before she picked up the phone so I could wish her Happy Birthday. I wanted to be the first so I set my alarm to wake up a few mins before 2AM for the time difference but I was so tired I set it for the PM and so it didnt go off at midnight so I missed it. I woke up @ 6 and called her(6 or 7 times before she picked up) and sang a really wicked happy birthday written and produced by yours truly. Come to find out someone else sang to her already, not an original version, but sung none the less.
So today I was the first person to call 6 or 7 times to wake her from her sleep to sing a totally original rendition of happy birthday for her. Something I am proud to be the first to do.
Yes I know, I'm a loser.

This entry is going to make it seem like I'm arrogant probably. I was thinking about the other 3 guys(we're short 2) I work with and something very strange hit me.
- They all live with their parents. Ive been living on my own since I was out of High School.
- They have all gotten divorced and are now seeing another woman. I'm seeing the bestest girl ever and will never get divorced because of that girl.
- The women they are seeing, I can honestly say, dont even come close to how hot Katie is.
- I would have to say Im the most attractive out of them all. One looks like a leper and smells like a yeti. Another looks so goofy it's like hes right out of a comic book. The other isnt that bad looking except he has a bit of a tummy slash gut.
- They are all older than me by at least a few years.
-Plus we had inventory on Saturday and our computer was messed for a few hours so while we were waiting, the 4 of u played video games on a 55'' LCD RP for about 3-4 hours. I'm easily the best gamer of us all. I has 6 First Place, 2 Second Place and 1 Last place.
So yeah, it was wierd how it's not just one or two, but all of them... Freaky.
I don't even know what to write right now...
I want to vent but I know I'd regret it...
Monday I had off and Halo 2 came out that night at midnight. I called Sean(the Manager of EB) around 9:45 that night when the mall was closed to see if they stayed or went home in between. Tey had stayed and he said there was like 5 guys inside that just stayed when the mall closed, and everyone was lined up outside because all the doors were locked. Then he said I could sneak in down by the theatre doors when people come out and sneak up through the mall. So I did!
I got there about 10:10 and there was 8 guys in front of me, and boy did I feel out of place. I'd be the first to admit Im a huge geek, but my god... these guys were total geeks. Glasses, skinny, smelled back... that really bad almost snorting laugh. It was akward.
Anyway about 11:30 they opened the door to outside... oh my lord... if you knew what the mall looked like I could explain it to you. Maybe this will help, over 500 people showed up and the line up finished outside! Katie, you'll be able to see it when you come down. It was insane! I'm glad I went when I did.
I also went to lunch with my Dad on Monday, his birthday was on the 2nd but we neither have had time to go out. It was nice, he's not being as childish. He also met a girl and told me about about how they met and what he thought of her. It was different.
I worked all day yesterday and was wicked tired because I stayed up until like 3-3:30 the night before talking with Katie fter playing Halo 2 for a bit. A couple girls I met came over last night after work. They wanted to see my place and chill out for a bit. They're pretty cool. They stayed a couple hours and I drove them home. Unfortunately it turned out I didnt get to talk to my girl last night though. I wanted to stay up but I was totally spent from the night before and then working 12 hours.
I'm going to go play some Halo 2! w00t! I have to go into work a bit later to do some more paper work, but I'm off today so feel free to msg or call me love!
